Pam has been involved in many aspects of real estate for more than a decade. Before becoming a full-time realtor, she assisted with the design, construction, development and leasing of the $155 million, 600,000 square foot Skyport Center at San Jose International Airport. In addition, she has worked in commercial class A and residential property management, escrow coordination and loan consultation. Her breadth of knowledge and experience brings to bear a professional savvy advantageous to all aspects of the home buying and selling process, including home preparation for sale, accurate pricing assessment, comprehensive market strategy implementation, contract preparation, reputable lender referrals and detailed transaction coordination.
