Pam Dakan was born and raised in London, England and has been involved in sales, marketing and real estate since 1994, when she moved to the Bay Area after graduating from Southampton University in the U.K. Before entering residential real estate, she was working in commercial property management in San Francisco, which led to a position on the development team with Spieker Properties / Equity Office Properties. This involved the design, development and construction of the $155 million, 600,000 square foot Skyport Center at San Jose (Mineta) International Airport. Pam has nearly 20 years of experience with residential and commercial real estate sales, contract negotiation, and business development. She has assisted clients with mortgage and debt negotiation, property management, global and domestic relocations, short sales and foreclosures.

 

Pam is an award winning real estate professional with the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation, and the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation, putting her in an elite group of top agents worldwide. She is the recipient of the Bay East Association of Realtors President Award for 2003, 2004, and 2007, and the Master Award for 2008, 2009 and 2010. She has completed an intensive Business Coaching training and has contributed to the Board of Realtors on various committees, including Chairing the Housing Opportunities Committee in 2006. Pam is a member of FIABCI, the Federation of International Real Estate, based in Paris, France.

When not selling homes, Pam enjoys writing, international travel, Burning Man and other music festivals, dance, theatre, art, cooking and great wine. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her two sons, Anthony and Aarmand.
